美擬學生13歲起強制驗愛滋

隨著現代社會的性觀念日益開放，曾經偷試雲雨的中小學生人數也日漸增加，美國紐約州政府為了防治性病和愛滋病毒，正考慮將性教育提前至小學施行，並為13歲的學生進行愛滋病毒測試。

紐約州衛生部日前公佈《青年性健康計劃》，其中有60%的高中生承認在畢業前性活動頻繁，但當中僅7%學生採取避孕措施，多達25%少年感染性病。而在新確診愛滋病毒的個案中，更有1/5是25歲以下的青少年。

為了遏止少年感染性病和愛滋病毒，州衛生部建議在小學推行性教育，並要強制13歲以上的學生進行愛滋病毒檢測。家長對此持不同意見，有人認為13歲根本不知性為何物，但也有家長認同新生代漸趨早熟，應防範未然。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
