馬總統：要求越道歉賠償、懲兇

越南暴動，馬英九總統昨天指示，外交部長林永樂應要求越南「道歉、賠償及懲兇，並強力要求保證絕不重演」。

馬總統表示，國安局五月九日發出越南情資屬於是一般性，並沒有說哪一天暴動，駐越代表處也通知越南台商。

馬總統說，外交部在處理過程中能做的都做了，民間專機、政府軍機都在待命，目前要求越南道歉、賠償及懲兇，並強力要求越南保證絕不重演，越南方面也回應已逮捕一千多人。

馬總統指出，台商投資越南，萬一台商撤資則是雙輸的局面，越南也將損失嚴重；他覺得外交部所採取的方式，大致算妥當，但永遠有檢討的空間。
