輕忽扣押命令 小心財產被強制執行

財政部指出，依強制執行法規定，第三人如果不承認欠稅人的債權或其他財產權的存在，應在接受執行法院命令後十日內，提出書狀，向執行法院聲明異議。

財政部提醒，第三人未在上述期間內聲明異議，亦未依執行法院命令，將金錢支付債權人（即稽徵機關），或將金錢、動產或不動產支付或交付執行法院時，執行法院得因債權人的聲請，逕向該第三人強制執行。
