拉法葉案 郭力恆罰二億定讞

（中央社記者劉世怡台北22日電）拉法葉艦採購弊案，最高法院日前判前上校郭力恆15年徒刑，罰金2億元。北檢表示，今天收到判決等卷證，將傳喚郭到案執行。

拉法葉艦採購弊案，最高法院16日依購辦公用器材收取回扣罪判處郭力恆15年徒刑，併科罰金新台幣2億元，追繳104億元的不法所得，全案定讞。

郭力恆另因獵雷艦零附件採購案服刑20年，在去年年底已經服刑期滿出獄，台灣高等法院因此裁定郭力恆限制出境。

台北地檢署表示，著手清查郭力恆的財產，以確保追繳104億元；至於罰金2億元部分，將發出傳票傳喚郭力恆到案繳納，若他無力繳納，依刑法第42條規定，得入監所執行易服勞役最多6個月，換算下來一天高達111萬元。

檢方表示，為確保執行，日前已對郭力恆限制出境。1030422
