妙齡女吃嫩草　與少男嘿咻8次遭起訴

新竹縣1名25歲范姓女子，去年7月透過臉書聊天室認識小她11歲的國二少男，2人在網路上以姊弟相稱，少男還翹家逃學投靠范女，2人同進同出投宿汽車旅館，范女甚至帶著少男偷竊。不料少男落網後卻爆料遭范女奪初夜，新竹地檢署偵查終結將范女依妨害性自主罪提起公訴。

警方調查，少男與范女廝混時，同行的還有另1少女及少男，4人投宿新竹市多家汽車旅館、旅店，吃喝玩樂都由范女支付。少男向輔導員表示，感覺上只要自己和乾姊發生性行為就會有錢拿，在投宿汽車旅館的6天與范女發生8次性交及猥褻行為。

起訴書指出，范女明知少男未成年僅14歲，心智發展未成熟，對於性事懵懂無知，仍為逞一己私慾與少男發生性行為，將范女依妨害性自主罪嫌提起公訴。（侯力元／新竹報導）
