日本公司養草泥馬　企圖療癒員工心理

現代人工作壓力大，喜歡養些有療癒力量的寵物，調適自己生活。有些日本大企業也想借重寵物的力量，營造溫馨輕鬆的工作環境，主動替員工飼養一些貓、狗，甚至山羊、「神獸」草泥馬(羊駝)等較大型的動物。一家大型人力資源公司「pasona」就從2011年2月起，在公司雇用了2頭山羊，牠們的職責是前台接待，並提供員工心理治療時間，一直到發生東日本大地震，公司才用「疏散」當作理由，讓兩頭山羊「停職」。而由於效果良好，去年七月起，這家公司改聘了新職員、「神獸」草泥馬(羊駝)，依然大受歡迎。

而另一家寵物食品公司Mars Japan除了主動在公司養了2隻貓咪外，還鼓勵員工帶著自己的寵物上班，員工反應十分良好，辦公室內只要有寵物在的地方，就有人氣，工作氣氛也大為改善。除了貓狗外，也有公司會主動養鳥、兔子、倉鼠等小動物，都很受到歡迎。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
