歐巴馬明訪日　亞洲八國軍演登場

美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)將在明天(23日)抵達日本，展開亞洲四國之旅，就在此同時，由中國主導、偕同南亞七國的「2014海上合作」八國聯合軍演，也將在周四(24日)正式展開，來自南亞七國的軍艦已在前天(20日)駛抵中國山東青島大港碼頭，13艘軍艦一字排開，場面壯觀。

此次軍演由中國北海艦隊主導，刻意並未邀請日本參加演習，只有部分日本軍官收到中國的「觀禮」邀請，似乎刻意凸顯歐巴馬亞洲四國之旅跳過中國一般。軍演主題為「海上聯合搜救」，項目包括海上補給、聯合救援、聯合反劫持、輕武器射擊等。外界解讀，此次中國主導演習，宣示東海主權意味濃厚。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
