雙北18.7萬空屋　擬租稅手段打囤房

內政部營建署去年底發布的低度與待售住宅報告指出，截至2012年底，台北市及新北市共有18.76萬戶空屋，學者認為，房屋稅竟比汽車稅負低不合理，應從租稅方面下手。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，截至2012年底，全台低度使用住宅高達86.3萬戶，占整體住宅比率約10.63%；高於主要國際城市紐約、新加坡、香港及倫敦等空屋率約3%至6%。據了解，內政部將與財政部協商，率先針對雙北市空屋下手，祭出「空屋稅」或調高「非自住房屋稅」等租稅手段，以提高空屋使用率。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
