葉倫：後年就業達標後 Fed仍會維持寬鬆

聯準會（Fed）主席葉倫16日說，即便決策官員認為經濟會在2016年底達成充分就業，Fed仍會持續承諾支持復甦，維持貨幣政策寬鬆。

葉倫在談論Fed的政策框架時，要投資人關注通膨和失業率與目標之間的差異，以了解聯邦公開市場操作委員會（FOMC ）透露的訊號。

她說，就業和通膨與兩者目標的差異愈大、官員預測這些指標達到目標水準的進展愈慢，Fed就可能維持利率於當前水準愈久，這種方式凸顯出FOMC持續承諾維持適度的貨幣寬鬆，以支持復甦。

葉倫指出，經濟復甦到目前為止，距離最大就業仍很遙遠。她說，3月失業率為6.7%，仍遠高於決策官員預估達成充分就業的5.2%到5.6%，失業率可能要逾兩年時間才能達到官員的預估水準。
