購併破局？　台壽保：待董事會決定

中信金（2891）併台壽保（2833）觸礁，台壽保開盤隨摜入跌停，每股24.45元，盤中委賣張數逾5300張，盤中台壽保發出聲明，指股份轉換契約期限屆至後是否延展，將於近日提報董事會決定。中信金則發出重大訊息，指「純屬媒體臆測」回應。

不過台壽保大股東龍邦國際稍早已發出公開聲明，指不同意中信金併台壽保契約展延，惟全案仍待中信金與台壽保董事會通過才會執行。

據熟知公司購併流程人士透露，包括台壽保、中信金、龍邦等3家公司都已開始為自身權益進行評估，未來不排除彼此提告，極可能出現中信金被告購併進度太慢、台壽保與龍邦被告未依約推動購併的局面。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）
