中信金併台壽保　金管會曾銘宗：結婚要尊重彼此意願

金管會主委曾銘宗今早說，中信金合併台壽保一案，台壽保有不同意見，金管會對雙方合約充分尊重，他說，雙方沒有意願「結婚」，就算核准此案也沒有意義。

他說，現在金管會將暫停核准中信金合併台壽保，先讓雙方去談。若雙方有意願結婚，若有必要，金管會也可做審查的彈性調整。

他說，雙方若沒意願，就算金管會核准，也是徒勞無功。

中信金控換股合併台灣人壽一案急轉直下，台壽大股東龍邦國際興業16日董事會決定，擬在台壽今天董事會提議「不再延長交易」，合併案瀕臨破局危機。（廖珮君／台北報導）
