取消夫妻懲罰稅卡關　減稅160億今年無望

立法院財委會昨審查《所得稅法》第15條修法，擬消除婚姻懲罰稅，修改夫妻非薪資所得計算與申報方式，預計修法通過後將有260多萬戶受惠，將可減稅160至170億元，但因修法卡關，恐不適用今年報稅。

立委與行政院提出的《所得稅法》修法版本共5案，主要分為3種版本。今日出版的《中國時報》報導，國民黨立委賴士葆昨在立院財委會質詢時表示，本來夫妻懲罰稅的修法可以今年適用，但台聯黨團先前擋下，要求院會協商，後續又因學運無法開院會。財政部賦稅署署長吳自心表示，5月報稅須在4月24日寄發330萬份稅額試算，表單要在之前印製好，應在2個月前修法完成，今年應該已來不及。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
