全球10大豪宅熱城　雅加達連冠

根據華爾街日報日文版報導，英國知名不動產公司Knite frank針對全球30個主要城市調查豪宅現況，以銷售價格最高、漲幅最大的城市排名，結果顯示印尼雅加達蟬聯2年冠軍，成為投資人海外投資豪宅的首選！
 
Knite Frank住宅調查部門全球負責人Ryam Baily表示，與去年2013年2月同期比較，雅加達整體房價成長了37.7%，漲幅驚人。第2名為漲幅17.5％的柏林，第3名則是北京，漲幅為17.1％，杜拜以17名列第4，洛杉磯排名第5，漲幅為14%。日本東京則以7.9%位居11名。而一般民眾看好的新加坡、香港則反而以0.8%、2.2%的跌幅落後。
 
Ryam Baily表示，雖然印尼的經濟在2年前並不是很強，但在供不應求下，雅加達豪宅價格跟著水漲船高。（鄒雯涵／綜合報導）
