中國官民惡鬥　搞倒台商

台商在中國又傳經營糾紛，一名58歲台商江淳挺控訴，指其與友人合資在福建省廈門市同安區開高爾夫球場，當地政府還將一塊當地村民擁有的3300畝土地撥給他們使用，不料去年3月間，住球場附近的8千位居民突然包圍大門與出入口，要求政府還地，並阻止顧客與員工進入，他打聽之後才發現，村民以為土地是租給財團，去年才得知土地使用權早被賣了，因此展開無限期包圍球場，迫使政府出面。

江淳挺說，該公司曾要求中國官方應該保護合法台商，但當地政府置之不理，一天拖過一天，球場因為沒有收入，加上恐怕再撐沒多久就會破產倒閉。江淳挺跨海陳情，希望台灣政府正視此案，因服貿簽訂後有更多台商可到大陸投資，保護台商不能只有口號。（地方中心／綜合報導）
