台股盤後～利空只反映1天　反彈漲15點

財政部財政健全方案將股利扣抵比重減半、調高金融營業稅利空，對台股衝擊減輕，今天金融股走勢逐漸止穩，配合聯發科（2454）、美時（1795）、F-美食（2723）等高價股走揚，手機、IC設計、封測、面板及太陽能等族群也扮演撐盤角色，終場指數上漲15.01點，收8575.62點，成交值907億元。
 
值得注意的，中小型股今天持續強勢，櫃買指數開盤後不久就突破140點整數關卡，再創波段新高，金融類股指數早盤不僅未觸及1008點半年線，且短暫跌落1010點後就迅速回升，跌幅逐漸縮小。
 
福邦證券分析師陳唯泰表示，觀察今天4大期指及現貨走勢，金融指數在期現貨是唯一下跌的指數，但跌勢不如預期嚴重，意味法人殺低意願不大，短線以持平看待。
 
至於中小型股將續強至3月中或3月底，時間要觀察中小型電子股2月營收表現，與美股是否持續創高。（陳建彰／台北報導）
