【動新聞】富人加稅　7百萬民眾減稅

財政部長張盛和昨天宣布「財政健全方案」，期盼解決國庫的燃眉之急。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，張盛和昨宣布構思近５個月的「財政健全方案」，推出3大回饋稅，採「以富濟貧、抓大放小」原則，包含調高金融業營業稅、2稅合1的股利扣抵減半、富人加稅5%；並將一般受薪階級與身心障礙者的扣除額，從現行10.8萬元提高至12.8萬元，受惠民眾近7百萬人。（胡治言／綜合報導）
