總統府宣布　金溥聰接掌國安會

傳聞甚久的駐美代表金溥聰接掌國安會的人事案今天終於底定，總統府中午宣布，國安會秘書長袁健生將轉任總統府資政，遺缺由駐美代表金溥聰接任，駐美代表一職則由外交部安排資深外交官接任。

府方人士指出，馬英九總統此一布局，是在追求區域和平繁榮的大目標下，因應對美經貿關係的新挑戰、兩岸關係出現的新形勢、與國防體制面對的新變化，所提出來的通盤考量。

至於外界有人臆測金溥聰接任係所謂「為操盤年底地方選舉」，府方人士強調，這完全不是事實，以金過去堅持「角色主義」的從政風格，未來在國安會工作上，絕對會謹守黨政分際。
