紙板擋13度寒風　遊民塞睡袋睡車站外

昨天深夜10時，氣象局發布低溫與強風特報，台北市氣溫僅10度左右，記者閒逛到台北車站外，光站在馬路上，雙手都凍得僵硬，車站西門外卻有一群遊民席地而睡，他們以紙板甚至雨傘充作擋風牆，東西多的，將全身裹得緊實，東西少的，就只能夥衣把自己塞進睡袋裡席地而眠。 (李銘宏/台北報導)
