最強寒流來襲，氣象局昨晚發布低溫及強風特報，台北市今天清晨僅10℃左右，實在冷到「吱吱叫」，到底多冷？記者在街頭拍照拍到手發抖，騎士騎車包肉粽就算了，這氣溫冷到連坐在公車內的民眾一樣從頭包到腳。(李銘宏/台北報導)
