標題[請益] 跟產線有關的都是ON CALL嗎

小弟原本是做二休二 年後想轉常日 如果說設備這種要ON CALL是很正常 不過生產 生管只要跟產線有關的 目前面試也都是ON CALL 因為對於科技業的常日班不太了解 所以想問問 只要跟產線有關都是ON CALL嗎 還是因公司而異 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.167.121
