本新聞由苦勞網提供【陳政亮／世新大學社會發展研究所副教授】近日學術圈發生了一件大事：交通大學博士生兼任助理陳運陞向校方檢舉段馨君副教授違反學術倫理、侵犯著作人格權，已在網路上發動了連署。此事件對於高教的發展相當關鍵，它彰顯了高教產業內，學術生產的雙重性質：知識的生產除了必須遵守學術倫理的一般規定，同時它也具有一般僱佣關係的普遍性，得遵循勞動相關法令的規範。而這也正是高教工會成立的目的：只有保障高教領域的各類型勞動者的勞動權益，才能真正提昇學術生產的質地，不論他們的職務形態是專任、兼任、專案，編制內職員或約聘僱，或是教學／研究／行政助理與工讀生...（閱讀全文）
