國民黨密函挺特偵　法務部：無指示

【胡守得／台北報導】《壹週刊》今報導國民黨以密函要求法務部勿廢特偵組，法務部政務次長吳陳鐶今表示，國民黨主席辦公室，去年10月30日以旗下的國家政策研究基金會，提供一份「特偵組存廢之評估與建議」報告，內容正、反面意見並陳，指提出「特偵組存在利多於弊，建議法務部仔細檢視，有無修法必要。」
 
吳陳鐶指出，當時社會各界對於特偵組的存廢，出現各種聲浪，法務部去年11月6日公開邀請學者專家針對特偵組存廢討論，法務部收文後將它列為研究意見之一，函件也無任何指示；澄清絕未有《壹週刊》報導的「黨辦函法部勿廢特偵、馬英九帶頭亂政」等情事。
