買霜淇淋竟成詐騙車手　牙醫獲不起訴

【孫友廉／新北報導】真的有夠倒楣！張姓牙醫（25歲）去年10月間，去圖書館借書順道到麥當勞買霜淇淋，卻被李姓婦人（65歲）誤認為詐騙集團的取款車手，當場遭警方逮捕。經新北地檢署清查張男通聯，發現張男手機該時段並無任何通聯紀錄，李婦也說張男根本不理她，檢方認為張男應非詐騙車手，將張男不起訴。
 
警方當天接獲李婦報警，表示兒子因為毒品案被人綁架，須支付贖款70萬元，最後降成18萬元，要前往中和的麥當勞，將手機交給車手並面交金錢。警方研判是詐騙集團所為前往埋伏，也在李婦大喊下，上前逮捕張男。
 
張男事後上網PO文，強調自己僅到圖書館借書還書，根本不是詐騙車手，痛責警方亂抓人。張男昨得知檢方不起訴，表示：「本應該如此。」
