通保法修正　「遭電話詐騙難追回」

【胡守得／台北報導】《通保法》修正後將通信紀錄（即舊法通聯紀錄）採法官、檢察官保留原則，刑事局長林德華今天上午在檢警調巡聯合記者會中提出，最攸關民眾老本的電話詐欺案，將無法及時預警，衝擊現行成效良好的165反詐騙專線機能。
 
林德華說，現行165專線每日受理2000多件檢舉與被害案件，第一時間發動追查時，常須借助被害端電話反向追查，每日詐騙電話數量龐大，修法後須向檢察官、法官聲請通信紀錄再查，民眾恐難像以往在第一時間止血、追回老本。
