師婚前單身夜　女學生16歲生日獻身悔泣

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】屏東一名國小老師在成婚前一晚的單身夜，正好是相戀多時女學生滿16歲的生日，2人發生性關係；事後，少女知悉老師已結婚，向同學哭訴，全案始曝光；男師已被屏東縣府教育局停職並接受調查。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，據悉，女學生是男老師小學的學生，目前就讀高職，2人在女方畢業後仍繼續交往。去年男師結婚的前一晚，恰逢女學生16歲生日又偷嘗禁果。教育界及法界人士均認為，男師了解法律規定，在女學生剛滿16歲後與對方合意發生性關係，可免刑事責任；但在婚前一晚瞞著未婚妻，和女學生發生性關係，是對婚姻明顯不忠。
