新北市實價登錄　可跨所送件

【郭寶懃／台北報導】新北市新店地政事務所今日公告，實價登錄中的「表單登錄，紙本送件」項目，納入跨所收件服務，凡是新北市案件，民眾只要在登錄後30日內，可到該市任一地政事務所辦理收件。

新店地政事務所指出，過去民眾實價登錄紙本送件地區僅限於當區的地方事務所，現在民眾只要將紙本送件到新北市板橋、中和、新莊、三重等，9個地方事務所任一即可，但若超過30日後申報或撤銷重送案件，因涉及裁罰問題，還是要回到原轄區地所辦理。
