大埔案勝訴　張藥房長子盼政府認錯還地

【吳傑沐／苗栗報導】苗栗縣竹南大埔案28戶徵收戶控告內政部區段徵收違法，案由台中行政法院判決，內政部敗訴，遭苗縣政府強拆房屋的大埔4戶中，於去年9月18日自殺溺斃的「張藥房」張森文長子張元豪感慨說：聽到這樣的公義判決，感到很欣慰，會跟爸爸上香說，撫慰他在天之靈，也希望政府認錯，還地、蓋回房子，不要再上訴了。
