【陳亮諭／綜合報導】苗栗縣大埔農地徵收案，台中高等行政法院今天上午宣判，改判苗栗縣府拆遷違法，須還地張藥房等4戶。不少網友表示，「遲來的正義」、「命換來的，可悲」、「張藥房的地還可以還，但是張森文先生的命要拿什麼來還？」

《蘋果》即時新聞上午9時13分報導「大埔徵收案 更審改判徵收違法需還地」不到1小時湧入約60則留言，網友紛感嘆，地可以還，但屋主張文森已逝，「人命也要一起還」、「那拆掉的房子跟兩條人命呢？？怎還？！？」「這樣的正義，來的太遲了些。但遲到的正義，只比沒有來的好一點點。」也有網友要求，房子要蓋回去，「 房子給我蓋回去喔！」「劉政鴻還地來！」「不只土地，要房子都要復原，而且所有費用需由縣長私人付帳」等意見。
