立院初審通過　身障者輔具用電採最低價

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院經濟委員會今初審通過民進黨立委管碧玲提出的《電業法》第65條之1修正草案，將身心障礙者的維生與生活輔具用電優惠入法，藉由法制化落實政府照顧身障家庭美意。

通過條文修正為，電業供給使用維生器材及必要生活輔具的身心障礙者家庭用電，該用電收費應在實用電度第一段最低單價或供電成本中採最低者計價。

此外，國民黨立委黃昭順提出附帶決議，有關《電業法》修正後所增加的政策性負擔，如果行政院政策確定回歸由目的事業主管機關編列經費支應，則為避免排擠社會福利經費，應由行政院主計總處另編經費支應。
