開贓車遇臨檢 心虛落跑遭逮

【林海全╱台中報導】台中一名莊姓男子(36歲)，昨上午開小貨車載著陳姓友人(50歲)行經大肚區，因駕駛贓車心虛，看見警方巡邏，竟開車加速落跑，還企圖衝撞警車，莊男一路開到龍井，開到茄苳路時，坐在副駕駛座的陳男突然跳車，隨後，莊男也跟著跳車，警方向前追捕，當場逮捕，在貨車上找到2面失竊車牌。

莊男宣稱，偷車後擔心遭到警方查緝，因此，偷拆弟弟的車牌掛在贓車上，陳男則辯稱，與莊男好幾個月沒見，昨天請對方幫忙找房子，遇到警方臨檢，無奈對方車子停，才跳車自清，訊後，依竊盜罪嫌送辦。
