【短片】馬英九元旦文告　推動經濟國際化

【胡治言／綜合報導】總統馬英九今天發表元旦文告，表示在全球經濟低迷的現在，困難無所不在，但看似一片暗淡的前景下，往往孕育了新的機會，而台灣的產業結構也必須快速調整，不合時宜的法令也必須趕緊修正。

總統並提到去年政府啟動了6海港1空港及屏東農業生技園區共8處的自由經濟示範區，含蓋了包含智慧物流、國際健康、農業加值、金融服務及教育創新等5項發展重點，核心理念就是推動台灣更大幅度的自由化與國際化，並希望藉此推動具有發展潛力且能創造多元效益的前瞻性經濟活動。
