檢評會認黃世銘應撤職　柯建銘籲知所進退

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】針對檢評會今做出將檢察總長黃世銘送監察院並建議將黃撤除檢察官職務結論，民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘發表聲明表示，這代表九月政爭的本質確實就是特務治國、濫權監聽。黃世銘本人應知所進退，即刻辭去檢察總長一職；柯並說，監察院也不應再迴避閃躲，淪為馬總統打手，繼續包庇黃世銘，應即刻召開審查會對黃世銘作出予以撤職之處份。

柯建銘也痛批，國民黨團日前為反對廢除特偵組而不惜提出立院散會，這是全黨都被黃世銘綁架的荒唐行為，呼籲國民黨不要再阻擋廢除特偵組，應儘快進行朝野協商達成共識，以根絕特務治國，捍衛國會尊嚴。
