監察院：依規定分派黃世銘案

【林修卉／台北報導】檢察官評鑑委員會做出將檢察總長黃世銘等3人報由法務部移送監察院結論，並建議將黃世銘撤職。監察院副秘書長許海泉對此表示，監察院收到檢評會移送黃世銘案後，將依規定分派案件，並尊重原調查委員的認定，是否屬於原調查委員查案的範圍，如果範圍相同將併案處理；至於撤職的部份，這是公務員懲戒委員會的權限，監察院只有彈劾與否的問題。
