逆向思考-房價不跌的原因

股價跟房價有類似的效果,股票買了可以再賣,房子買了也可以再賣。

不動產與股票都不是『消耗品』，不會有折舊的問題，雖然房子也會折舊，但跟折舊率很低，除非淹水或火災,地震。

其他,交通工具,日用品,食品都是『消耗品』，沒有房價的效果。

另外,不動產還是一種『必需品』,而股票則不是必需品。

所以,不動產符合我的理論。股票則純炒作，有時也會剛好符合我的理論。

換言之，我的理論只適用『不動產』，其他商品則不適用。
