逼獄友幫打手槍　辯拿衛生紙是擦鼻涕

【洪振生／屏東報導】一名許姓毒犯在看守所內要求同室被害人幫他打手槍，揚言「不願意的話，我就打你」，遭獄友提告，事後許男辯稱：「拿衛生紙」是因毒癮發作流鼻涕，法官認為許男狡飾犯情，意圖卸責，依強制猥褻罪判有期徒刑2年。

許男是毒品累犯，今年初因妨害性自主罪遭收押，但他卻在收押期間要求「室友」幫他打手槍，還語帶威脅說：「不幫我用試試看」、「我就打你」被害人心生畏懼屈從，事後向管理員吐露無奈心聲。同室許姓收容人証稱，多次聽到許男喚「幼齒仔，幫我按摩」被害人就拿衛生紙伸到許男的被子裡。
