遭索300萬不成　男子被控妨害性自主

【呂健豪／新北報導】新北市新店分局警方昨夜執行例行巡邏盤查時，在新店檳榔路附近攔查1名36歲陳姓男子，赫然發現陳男為妨害性自主通緝犯，於是立即將其逮捕歸案。

陳嫌面對警方偵訊時無奈表示，多年前結識1名未成年女子進而交往，不料約3年前雙方分手後，女友母親竟向自己索討300萬元未遂，因此向警方報案提告妨害性自主，雖然法官僅輕判陳男需服勞役66天，但因未將勞役履行完成才遭通緝，此次被逮後，必須將剩下的刑責換回26天的拘役刑責並在監獄中度過。
