各位板大你們好 原PO在這禮拜有幸得到兩間公司的offer 但是不知道如何做抉擇 請各位幫忙提供一些建議 公司 A桃園瓷磚公司 B 廣明光電 工作地點 桃園市區 林口 工作時間 08:00~17:00(周休)不太加班 09:00~18:00(周休)據說應該是要加班 工作內容 國外業務(需常跑美國出差) 業務專員(偶爾出差) 薪資 40k(每年調薪) 34k 福利 年終兩個月 年終兩個月 其餘都隨勞基法 紅利據說5個月up 家其實住桃園市區 選A我只用騎機車30min就到的了 B的話我要開車到林口 林口又塞 可能要花1.5小時在通勤 但是B的分紅很吸引我 感覺公司規模也比較大 以後跳槽比較好跳 選A的話我很愛出差 又剛好很對我的TONE 所以實在不知道如何選擇 因為本身業務經驗大概1年左右 對廣明會選擇我這菜鳥感到很感激 因為這職缺需要工作經驗5年以上的人 所以怕錯失這機會會很可惜 請板上大家幫個忙 謝謝~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.153.75
