越婦偷情遭撤銷國籍　李鴻源：正修法放寬

【王家俊／台北報導】一位外籍新娘遭夫抓姦離異改嫁登記時，遭內政部以她搞婚外情「品行不端」違反《國籍法》撤銷國籍，她並怒嗆內政部長李鴻源也搞婚外情，對此，李鴻源上午表示，新的《移民法》等相關法律，已經在修法中，應會採從寬解釋，不過修正案還在立法院審議中。

李鴻源是在出席台北國際會議中心「台灣智慧航空城產業聯盟成立大會」受訪時，做上述表示。媒體詢問，該越南籍外娘火大打官司並怒嗆：「李鴻源婚外情搞得全國皆知，我品行不端，李不也一樣！」李鴻源只回應，細節和個案我不清楚。
