坐落在瑞士高山上的『冰雪酒店』（Iglu-Dorf）完全就地取材由冰雪建成，被稱為世界上最『冷』的酒店，可以讓客人深入體會愛斯基摩人的居住感受。

中新網據英國《每日郵報》報導，這座酒店每年冬季在阿爾卑斯山到庇里牛斯山脈的6個地點重建，從耶誕節開放至次年4月，每個村落一晚能留宿38名客人，不過他們必須睡在置於厚厚的羊毛地毯上的睡袋裡，以抵禦零下40度的嚴寒。

不過，住在這裡雖然寒冷卻也別有樂趣。客人可以享受豐盛的早餐、加香料的熱葡萄酒，甚至還可以在冰天雪地裡泡熱水澡。所以這裡的住宿費用並不便宜，週一到週四每晚99歐元，週五至周日則漲到每晚115歐元。
