學校勸募立法三讀　可設專戶扶助弱勢學生

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院上午三讀通過《各級學校扶助學生就學勸募條例》，比照《公益勸募條例》，讓各級學校可以開立專戶，經主管機關許可後，就可以募集金錢或接受金錢捐助，扶助經濟弱勢學生就讀。

不過，依據這項新法，學校必須上網每月公布收支明細，且募得的金額必須專款專用，違者可處5萬元以上、25萬元以下罰鍰。
