韓國擴大防空識別區 我外交部：各方應和平對話

【陳郁仁／台北報導】韓國國防部今天正式公布韓國防空識別區（KADIZ）擴大方案，我外交部也發佈新聞稿表示，KADIZ與相關其他國家的防空識別區重疊，可能引發爭議與緊張，我國對此表示關切，並呼籲相關各方應持續透過和平對話的方式解決相關區域爭端，避免升高區域緊張情勢，共同維護區域的和平與穩定。

外交部強調，針對東海區域情勢的發展，馬英九總統已於去年提出「東海和平倡議」，呼籲相關各方應自我克制，不升高對立行動；應擱置爭議，不放棄對話溝通；應遵守國際法，以和平方式處理爭端。此一倡議得精神與原則值得相關各方積極採納。
