假檢座騙退休婦 三度得手550萬元

台北市66歲李姓老婦本月4日接到詐騙電話，歹徒假冒台中地檢署檢察官，謊稱她的帳戶涉及不法，須領出存款交付，配合監管戶頭調查，她嚇得提領300萬元交給車手，歹徒食髓知味，以相同手法陸續騙得50萬元、200萬元。今天中午歹徒再度來電索款，她越想越不對勁，到北市松山警分局東社派出所求助，經查證才知受騙。

李婦表示，自己靠退休金過活，她配合警方攜帶假鈔，前往敦化北路、長春路口赴約，警方埋伏逮捕取款的黃姓、林姓男子，在手提包內搜到偽造的地檢署公文，還有筆記本寫著被害人住址，將兩人依詐欺、偽造文書罪嫌究辦。
