不知道各位工作那麼多年 有沒有被主管誇讚的經驗,被誇讚以後有什麼感覺? 想請問一下,被主管誇讚跟升遷的關聯性..? 常被誇讚會比較容易升遷 or 分紅會領比較多? 人都是愛聽好話的,有時候當一個主管 讚美下屬提升士氣也是一件不錯的事情 至少可以讓一個團隊的向心力提高.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 121.204.0.20
