富豪王健林預言：中國房市20年內就會倒

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】中國首富、萬達集團董事長王健林在中國企業領袖年會大膽發言，預期中國房地產市場20年內就會倒。他指出，中國真正的房地產市場就是20年，真正改革是1998年，時任總理朱鎔基提出的改革，那時有分配房和商品房，98年後就沒有了。
 
王健林指出，中國房地產市場高速成長期約10年，隨後或還會維持1個均速的平衡發展階段。
