佯稱投資買屋借錢　詐欺慣犯騙兩女遭法辦

【林師民／新竹報導】因詐欺案通緝的36歲陳姓男子，今年六月間在網路聊天室認識35歲柯姓女子，進而交往成為男女朋友，陳男後來就以投資學生套房為由，向柯女借錢周轉，柯女不疑有他，拿出17萬元給陳男，不料陳男拿到錢後人就消失，也不接電話。
 
被害柯女遲遲等不到陳男，才知道被騙報警，高雄36歲陳姓女子也遭陳男以相同手法騙走60萬元，警方屢次傳喚，陳男都未到案，今天將他依詐欺罪嫌函送新竹地檢署偵辦。
