3家官股銀殺價競爭？　財政部︰要求注意利差

【林巧雁／台北報導】金管會明天起約談台銀、合庫與兆豐銀3家官股銀是否殺價競爭？財政部長張盛和說，要釐清是否是惡意競爭，台銀有先天限制，信用最好，最可靠安全，金融海嘯後資金整塊搬到台銀，爛頭寸最多，閒置資金太多放不出去，需要想出路。
 
張盛和接受媒體訪問時說，他當常董時，也曾問台銀利率低於成本為何還要放款，0.6%就放？台銀解釋資金太龐大，不放的報酬是零，放出去至少還有0.6%。
 
他說，如果是企業直接找台銀貸款，不能算惡意競爭，如果是人家快談好了，惡意低價搶過來，這樣就是惡意。台銀董事長李紀珠有跟他解釋，台銀沒有惡性殺價競爭。張盛和今天在立院答詢立委時則允諾，會請公股銀行注意利差問題。
