葉倫寬鬆言論 宜布局息收較高資產

保德信投信投資管理部協理王華謙表示，聯準會主席候選人葉倫強調美國公債違約風險，市場解讀聯準會不希望在財政困局未解決時過早減緩購債，以避免經濟復甦雪上加霜。

事後回顧，美國兩黨爭鬥乃至政府關門，確實影響了企業及消費者信心，第4季經濟成長也遭到下修。而兩黨當前達成協議僅能確保政府運作至2014年1月，舉債上限也只能支應到2月。在財政問題並未獲得長遠解決前，聯準會調整政策空間勢必受限。

王華謙建議，美國聯準會維持寬鬆態度，料有利金融市場表現，建議投資人衡量己身風險承受度，適度加碼有望受惠的風險性資產。例如經濟數據逐步改善的美歐股市，或具較高殖利率的風險性債種如新興市場債、新興市場企業債等。
