手傷開刀竟肺感染險死　4醫挨告不起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】50多歲蕭姓男子因職業傷害罹患「媽媽手」，前年11月在新北市立聯合醫院板橋院區接受大拇指肌腱手術，竟感染白色念珠菌致肺水腫，險死於敗血症，事後控告4名醫師涉犯業務過失傷害罪，但新北地檢署認定4名醫師無疏失，今全不起訴。

檢方依醫事審議委員會鑑定結果認定肌腱手術成功，蕭男術後一周出現呼吸窘迫現象，4名醫師也立刻做出符合醫療常規的處置，對於板橋院區防止院內感染的風險管控出問題，不能歸責於4名醫師。

蕭男罹患的「媽媽手」學名為狹窄性肌腱滑膜囊炎，是工作姿勢所造成的職業傷害，手術傷口早已癒合，但蕭男至今仍須靠助走器緩慢復健，說話也不清楚，已另對板橋院區提告求償。
