查頂新彰化廠　棉籽做肥料

【鄧惠珍、詹智淵／彰化報導】彰化縣農業處今天配合農糧署人員再度前往頂新彰化工廠查廠，並到農委會公佈進口棉籽的彰化縣二林鎮三木實業股份有限公司、伸港鄉全興工業區的郭茂盛油廠稽查。

彰化縣農業處長郭丑哲說，初步僅發現粉碎棉籽的粉碎機與均勻機，與大批棉籽粕、混好的肥料等，並未發現製油設備，頂新33張證照中，有4張可生產棉籽相關產品，棉籽含油、蛋白質等可做為飼料、也可做肥料，頂新以製作有機飼料為主，將釐清棋棉籽製品是否有不法用途。
