買到黑心油 可打團體訴訟

黑心油品連環爆，行政院消保處消保官王德明表示，已協調「台灣消費者保護協會」幫忙消費者提起團體訴訟，消費者得打團體訴訟前，得先要準備「購買憑證」和「讓予請求權」等相關文件，消保處已經函請各縣市政府消費者服務中心受理求償登記。

王德明強調，即日起至11月底，只要是有購買過大統黑心油品的消費者，提供購買證明，像是發票紀錄和空瓶，到地方政府的消費者服務中心窗口去填寫求償登記表格，消保處將會以損害賠償請求權讓予「台灣消費者保護協會」，依法提起團體訴訟。

王德明說，根據消保處統計，大統黑心油爆發至今，各縣市消保官已接獲3000件以上的消費申訴和諮詢案件。
